Challenge

The aim of the company is to second young, well-educated and enthusiastic employees to other businesses by means of the ‘topstarters’ project. The topstarters must receive intensive training within a short period but at the same time, they must remain operational and productive. This means that the topstarters must be trained in short sessions, often after regular office hours.
Therefore the key words are short, intensive and fun. The organization has its own trainers and the objective is that they are able to deploy the business games without having to develop these themselves. Approach

With the certified Train The Trainer formula the trainers are trained to start facilitating Way2Play games within their own organization.
